Lalapanzi Beds, LLC™  is committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. All Lalapanzi products come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee provided the product has not been damaged and was purchased directly from Lalapanzi Beds, LLC. Lalapanzi products purchased from other retailers follow the return policy of that retailer. Buyer pays all shipping costs (including costs associated with any promotions).

We want to work with you! We kindly asks that you return your purchase within 30 days. But we know sometimes with a baby, there are good reasons you can't get it back in that timeframe. If you aren't going to be able to send it back in 30 days, please let us know. We will try to be flexible! If the items are not returned within this timeframe, you may be assessed a 30% restocking fee, unless you have contacted us and we have issued you an RMA number. Why do we ask this? So we don't get items returned some crazy amount of time latter - like a year! (Yes, it happens!)

Shipping costs back to Lalapanzi Beds, LLC™ are the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend that you insure packages being returned to us. All returns must be in their in original resalable condition, including attached tags, for a full refund or exchange. If we determine an item has been used and/or doesn't have its tags, it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, or will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Please allow us up to 10 business days to process your return.
Returns cannot be accepted on special order, personalized or close-out/sale merchandise. If these are returned, they will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

If you received free shipping on the original sale, and the item is returned, you will receive a credit with actual shipping costs taken out.

Easy Shipping

STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in California via UPS Ground Service to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. All beds are packed and ship individually.

Note: UPS does NOT ship to P.O. or APO Boxes

RUSH DELIVERY AND PROCESSING
For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 12 noon PST Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within three business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday by 12 noon PST will arrive on the following Wednesday.) Please note that the charge for rush delivery is in addition to regular Delivery and Processing Charges, listed above. This rush service is not available for some items, personalized or out of stock items, or custom-made items.

CANADIAN SHIPMENTS
Lalapanzi does not maintain Non-Resident Importer status with Canada. Lalapanzi Beds, LLC. is not responsible for tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, duties or any other following costs required to import merchandise. As necessary, customers will be contacted by delivery companies and required to designate a freight broker in order to move goods into Canada. Customers are encouraged to learn the details necessary to assure successful delivery before ordering.
